Job description:

Understanding and mastering different roles.

Researching and studying specific areas in the employment market.

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our client(s).

Screening, shortlisting, interviewing and evaluating applicants.

Headhunting candidates for specific roles.

Managing communication with client(s).

Job Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in any business-related discipline.

Fluency in both Arabic English as this role will be dealing with local as well as global candidates.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Excellent writing and articulation skills.

Excellent analytical and research skills.

A solid history of achievements (doesn’t have to be within a working experience).

Passion to achieve and add value to our community.

People person who enjoys spending most of his/her time communicating with people.

Self-confident and very Comfortable with using online video-audio conferencing tools.
