We’re on the hunt for a QA Senior Engineer!

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring that our logistics operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong background in quality assurance, and a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
-Process evaluation by creating, mentoring, and improving through documenting, and reporting quality, environmental, and health and safety standards.
-Lead quality initiatives and support the company’s ongoing projects.
Investigate reports of service quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
-Create and improve systems to manage company documents.
-Conduct effective internal audits to ensure the effectiveness of processes documents are being followed.
-Work with auditors to maintain ISO status.
-Develop procedures so that they are standardized.
-Communicate and collaborate with department managers.

Qualifications:

-3-5 years of Proven work experience as a quality assurance or similar role.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-Knowledge of Six Sigma, Quality Audit and Quality Improvement methodologies.
-Proficient use of MS Office (word-excel-power point-Visio)
-Ability to document and visualize organization instruction.
-Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
