Details Director of Finance and Operations jordan jobs:

• KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the finance team, human resources (HR) and administrative team, and procurement and grants teams.
• Supervise the Finance Manager in preparation of the monthly financial field reports, bank reconciliations, and other project finance tasks.
• Other duties as requested by the Chief of Party.

• QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent. Advanced degree MBA, CPA, or equivalent preferred
• At least 10 years of relevant experience and progressive responsibility in finance and operations in a senior role
• Experience leading and managing the financial aspects of USAID projects, including a demonstrated understanding of applicable finance-related USG contracting regulations
