Job Description:

– Providing first level support through taking calls and supporting Service Requests

– Installing and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanner

– Keeping the inventory of the IT hardware up to date.

– Remote Support

– Surveillance system

Job Requirements:

– Customer service

– Communication skills

– Ability to learn quickly

– Troubleshooting/problem-solving skills

– Ability to work under pressure

– Teamwork skills

Preferred knowledge about:

MCSA or MCSE

CCNA
