Due to our expansion, we are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Research and Development Specialist with a background in essential oils and fixed oils to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and improving our high-quality, innovative, and market-leading product formulations.

Job Requirements;
▪︎Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
▪︎Experience: [1 to 3 ]years of experience in the same field.
▪︎Language: Excellent in the English language.
▪︎Computer skills: Word, and Excel, ERP system (Odoo system is preferred)

Technical Tools:
▪︎A focus and a passion for innovation in the essential/fixed oils industry are highly preferred.
▪︎Scientific research background with Ability to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
▪︎Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate scientific findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
▪︎Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
▪︎Proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
