Needs:
Engineer
– generating new product ideas and recipes (innovation) and modifying and improving existing recipes(renovation) and run trials of new products lab and industrial trials
– improve quality of foods, such as flavor, color, texture, nutritional value, convenience, or physical, chemical, and microbiological composition of foods.
– Creating and update bill of material on system (Odoo system)
Issuing standard operating procedures for the manufacture of new products.
Perform cost saving projects
– Research for raw materials sourcing flexibility and supplier development
designing processes and machinery for the production of recipes on a large scale
– research current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new product concepts.
– Perform sensory tests for new products and present the results, follow up shelf-life stability for products.
– Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions.
– Overseeing the engineering of product prototypes, production process, resolving product issues that may occur after trial production.
Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
Requirements
– Previous experience within 2 years in the same industry
– A Bachelor’s degree in food processing technology is must
– teamworking & independently abilities.
– Ability to work under pressure.
– Meticulous attention to detail.
– Strong ability to search & develop.
– Multi-tasking & innovation.
