We Data is now hiring “Enterprise Solutions planning& provisioning Engineer” ESP .

Job Duties:

-To coordinate with field operations internet protocol transit, virtual private network and global data service customer Installations and CPE delivery and configuration at client premises.

-To perform IP Transit, virtual private network and global data service Customers Configuration (Network and Customer side).

-To send technicians to Exchanges for Leased Line and CPE Installation.

-To visit MDIA and virtual private network customers if required for installation.

-To provide level 2 Support for Enterprise Customers in case Technical call Center required any assistance (especially for customized solution).

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree in Engineering or computer science or relevant.

-From 1 to 2 year of relevant work experience in network field & service provider environment and system integrator.

-CCNA “certified” is a must.

-CCNP “certified” is a plus.

-High Communication Skills

-Flexible working hours

-Max. Age 28

-Location: Dokki
