The German Arab Chamber of Industry & Commerce in Egypt is seeking to hire:

Designation: Junior Accountant

 Position: Temporary contract of 6 months

 Location: Mohandseen

Main Tasks

·         Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation, and dealing with E-Invoice module

·         Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures

·         Booking of petty cash daily transactions .

·         Updating financial records via accounting software

·         Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line

·         Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management

·         Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets

·         Other administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

§ 0-2 years of relevant experience.

§ A bachelor’s degree in accounting is typically a prerequisite, along with a high level of attention to detail.

§ Fluent English Language both spoken and written

§ A professional manner and presentable appearance

§ Team player

§ Work under pressure
